LEARN HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACOUNT

ShubhRaashi, operated by Shivganai Technologies Private Limited, gives you full control over your account and personal data. You can request deletion of your account at any time using the steps below.

Step 1: Send an email to shubhraashi35@gmail.com from the email address or phone number registered with your ShubhRaashi account.

Step 2: Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Step 3: In the email, include:

• Your registered phone number
• The name on your account (if applicable)

Step 4: We will verify your identity and process your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your deletion request has been received.

Step 5: In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will provide notice before final erasure wherever feasible, after which your account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized.

When you request account deletion, the following data is deleted or anonymized:

• Your phone number and account login details
• Birth details and astrological profiles (including any family member profiles you added)
• Your consultation history and saved readings
• Any voice data linked to your account (raw voice recordings are, in any case, retained only for a short operational window during normal use — see our Privacy Policy for details)

Some information may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion, where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction and payment records — retained as required under applicable Indian tax, accounting, and audit regulations
• Anonymized or aggregated usage data — retained in a form that cannot be linked back to you, used to improve our AI and services
• Information required for active legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes — retained only as long as necessary for that specific purpose

No personally identifiable information is retained beyond what is required by law once your account is deleted.

We aim to process all account deletion requests within 30 days of verification. You will be notified by email once the process is complete.
